Drinking Water At The Correct Time

I was googling about how much in milliliters a glass of water is, which I needed for one of my projects and easily got the answer. Most commonly, a glass of water is considered to be 8 ounces or 240 ml. I also found about when to drink water to maximize its effectiveness to our body which became more interesting topic to me.

  1. Two glasses of water after waking up helps activate internal organs;
  2. One glass of water before a meal helps digestion;
  3. One glass of water before taking a bath or shower helps lower blood pressure;
  4. One glass of water before going to bed avoids stroke or heart attack.
